Y8103Blk Yale Quattro Sliding Security Door Lock Black - Black (Hware)

The Yale Quattro Sliding Security Door Lock Black (Y8103Blk) is a premium self-latching mortice deadlock designed for residential sliding aluminium security and screen doors. Manufactured by ASSA ABLOY, it is designed as a retrofit replacement for the widely used Lockwood 8653 sliding door lock. The lock features DualSelect two-stage locking, providing a choice between Privacy Mode and Deadlock Mode. Privacy Mode allows occupants to exit using the internal lever or snib, while Deadlock Mode secures the handles and snib from both sides. A heavy-duty parrot-beak latch bolt engages the strike plate to help resist attempts to pry the sliding door open. The exterior fixing screws are concealed, improving both security and appearance, while an internal visual indicator shows the current locking status. The Quattro can also be upgraded to a three-point locking system using the compatible Y8100/S3PT accessory kit, allowing the central snib to operate additional top and bottom locking points simultaneously. The lock is supplied less cylinder and requires a compatible lazy cam euro-profile cylinder, ordered separately.
