The Yale Quattro Hinged Standard 3-Point Kit (Y8100/H3PT) is a multi-point security hardware accessory designed for compatible Yale Quattro Hinged Security Door Locks. The kit adds two auxiliary locking points at the top and bottom of the door, creating a three-point locking configuration when used with the central lock body. The three locking points are operated simultaneously using the inside snib of the central Yale Quattro lock. This provides coordinated locking and unlocking across the door rather than requiring each locking point to be operated separately. The kit includes 600mm galvanised steel connecting rods, auxiliary locks, strikes and a snap-on actuating bar. The actuating bar can accommodate configurations above or below the door's centreline, providing flexibility for different door profiles. The auxiliary bolts incorporate a serrated edge profile designed to provide anti-jemmy protection by gripping under pressure. Components include heavy-duty zinc die-cast bolt cases, steel auxiliary lock cover plates and stainless steel strike plates, finished in black powdercoat. The kit is also designed as a retrofit solution for replacing previous-generation Whitco Tasman MK3 lock components, helping facilitate a security upgrade without requiring structural modifications to the door.
