The P2 Heavy Duty Sec Door Corner is a structural frame joiner component designed for heavy-duty aluminium security screen door applications. Manufactured for compatible Alspec security door systems, it is installed internally within the cut ends of aluminium door frame profiles to form a strong and stable 90° corner connection. The corner joiner features a ribbed, multi-tiered barb pattern along its inserting arms. These barbs grip the internal walls of the aluminium extrusion, helping prevent the joined frame sections from shifting, racking or pulling apart during assembly and use. Designed for use during security door frame assembly, the P2 Heavy Duty Sec Door Corner is inserted or pressed into the mitered ends of compatible outer frame profiles before the screen mesh is tensioned and secured. It is suitable for heavy-duty residential and commercial security door frame applications.
