SEH007 Flush Bolt Guide 40mm - Black

The SEH007 Flush Bolt Guide (40mm, Black) is an architectural hardware component used to stabilise, align, and smoothly direct the throw rod of an internal flush bolt mechanism. It is commonly used within premium commercial and residential aluminium door suites, such as those supplied by Alspec. The guide functions as a structural retaining bracket that fits inside the internal cavity of an aluminium door profile, preventing the flush bolt rod from bending, vibrating, or rattling during door operation or under heavy wind load. Measuring 40mm in profile, it is sized to fit cleanly within compact, modern narrow-stile aluminium door extrusions without interfering with glass pockets or weather seals. Manufactured from a heavy-duty structural composite or zinc-alloy and finished in Black, the SEH007 is designed to blend visually with matching dark powder-coated hardware and door frames. It is engineered to work seamlessly alongside heavy-duty commercial slide locks, locking lever flush bolts, and automatic flush bolts used on the inactive leaf of double doors or multi-fold stacking door layouts.
