SE1000H 45mm SG Door Spigot - Hex (Bag/4)

The SE1000H 45mm Single Glazed (SG) Door Spigot with Hex Screws (Bag of 4) is a structural framing component engineered for commercial aluminium shopfront and partition door systems, commonly used within premium commercial suites such as those supplied by Alspec. The spigot functions as a heavy-duty internal corner connector, inserted inside the hollow chamber of an aluminium frame to rigidly lock vertical stiles and horizontal rails together, ensuring the door panel remains perfectly square and rigid under continuous use. It measures 45mm, precision-machined to fit tightly inside standard 45mm narrow-stile commercial door profiles, and is engineered for SG (Single Glazed) door configurations, ensuring the internal bracket does not impede the central pocket required for single glass sheets. The spigot is supplied with heavy-duty Hex Head Screws, standard hex fasteners that allow aluminium fabricators to apply exceptionally high mechanical torque during assembly, locking the frame joints into a rigid, monolithic structure. It is distributed in a Bag of 4, providing the exact quantity required to square all four corners of a standard single door panel. This spigot kit is commonly specified for heavy-duty commercial installations, including Alspec McArthur or Swan Evo commercial shopfront doors, as well as high-traffic office partition framing and entrance doors.
