Killara Mk2 Twinbolt Nonlock Kit Handle - Black

The Killara Mk2 Twinbolt Non-Locking Handle Kit (Black) is a low-profile architectural hardware set manufactured by ASSA ABLOY / Interlock, engineered specifically for aluminium or uPVC multi-panel bifolding doors and windows. Turning the handle operates an internal mortice lock chassis that fires heavy-duty throw rods simultaneously from the top and bottom of the sash profile, delivering two-point security. The auxiliary rods provide a 13mm throw length, giving a rigid, anti-separation lock margin against forced entry attempts. This non-locking configuration is supplied with a blank or dummy escutcheon plate layout, providing physical latched security from the inside via the lever handle, but without an integrated key cylinder or external key override access. The handle features a clean 90-degree rotation to fully drive or retract the top and bottom rods, and is equipped with a 31mm x 7.6mm fixed square drive spindle. Threaded rod connectors at the terminal points allow installers to micro-adjust rod lengths to compensate for building tolerances without cutting the steel. Built from robust zinc die-cast metal and finished in Powdercoated Black, the Killara Mk2 suits modern dark-framed window extrusion suites. The kit is supplied complete with the Killara ergonomic lever handle, non-locking interior faceplates, standard moulded plastic cavity packers, and required mechanical installation fasteners. It is engineered to fit into an internal profile extrusion cavity with a minimum clearance of 18mm x 24mm.
