Hawk Offset Flush Bolt 600mm Inc. Rod Guides SC - Satin Chrome

The Hawk Offset Flush Bolt 600mm with Rod Guides (MPN: P3531DSC / Alspec Code: 1345052) is a heavy-duty architectural concealment bolt manufactured by ASSA ABLOY / Interlock. It is engineered primarily to lock the inactive leaf of tall commercial aluminium double doors or high-clearance shopfront window frames securely into place. The bolt is fitted with a substantial 600mm connecting rod, a length suited to tall or full-height commercial doors, allowing users to reach and engage the lock at the top or bottom of the frame without overextending. The 7mm diameter plated steel rod features continuous threading across 150mm of its length, allowing workshop fabricators or installers to trim the rod down to match custom or off-standard door height variations. An offset, cranked profile allows the locking tip to clear deep frame rabbets, centre glazing pockets, or perimeter acoustic weather-stripping without binding. The kit is packaged with internal rod guides, which act as retaining brackets inside the aluminium profile stile, reducing rod vibration and rattle under high wind load and helping prevent the rod from buckling during forced entry attempts. The bolt features a durable, low-profile die-cast zinc chassis with an ergonomic toggle lever, plus a protective Nylon D-tip at the striking end for smooth, quiet insertion into the floor or head channel. Finished in high-grade Satin Chrome plating, it offers a scratch-resistant finish that coordinates with other silver storefront handles, door closers, and frames. This 600mm offset model is specified for systems including Alspec Swan Evo 45mm Commercial Shopfront Doors, commercial narrow-stile perimeter entrance framing, and heavy external bifold stacking door tracks.
