Dual Wheel SS Bearing Roller (100 kg) BLK - Grey

The Dual Wheel SS Bearing Roller (100kg) is a high-performance architectural hardware component engineered for sliding door and window systems, designed to deliver smooth operation under substantial glass loads. Its dual-wheel layout features two precision-ground wheels configured in tandem, splitting the door's total weight across a wider track surface. This helps prevent tracking ruts, eliminates roller flat spots, and reduces the friction required to slide the panel. The roller assembly is equipped with high-grade Stainless Steel internal ball bearings, giving it exceptional resistance to oxidation, rust, and salt-spray breakdown — making it well suited to coastal environments or humid exterior installations. Tested to a 100kg weight rating per assembly, this roller can support heavy individual sliding sashes or door frames. The structural carriage housing is finished in a neutral Grey/Black colourway to blend seamlessly with surrounding architectural metalwork or narrow dark frame extrusions. It is commonly fitted into commercial and high-end residential suites requiring smooth rolling performance, including Alspec Carinya, ProGlide, and Altitude sliding doors, as well as double-glazed heavy patio window and door systems.
