Ciilock Fixed Panel Adjuster 3123-10 - Black

The CiiLock Mother of All Rollers Fixed Panel Adjuster (MPN: 3123-10) is a structural alignment component engineered specifically for commercial and high-end residential aluminium sliding door and internal partition systems. It securely anchors non-moving (fixed) glass or framing panels within the perimeter overhead track or bottom floor channels. The adjuster allows installers to fine-tune the lateral alignment and squareness of the stationary panel, compensating for structural measurement variances, uneven building settlement, or out-of-square wall framing. This restores uniform margins between fixed panels and adjoining movable sliding door leaves, eliminating structural binding and ensuring perimeter interlocking weather strips compress evenly to help prevent water and air infiltration. The adjuster has been extensively cycle-tested across Alspec architectural framing suites, including the ProGlide high-performance sliding door series, to ensure smooth operational harmony with the main sliding hardware. It is purpose-engineered to withstand extreme domestic and high-traffic commercial environments, with internal components tested to resist heavy wind loads and weather degradation without seizing over time. Finished in a non-reflective Black colourway, it stays visually discreet inside dark anodised or powder-coated aluminium framing extrusions. This adjuster is part of a broader CiiLock hardware ecosystem and is frequently installed alongside CiiLock Carriage Corner Stakes (1828-10) for internal structural frame rigidity, and CiiLock 40kg Single Wheel (8182-201) or 100kg Dual Wheel (8177-202) rollers for the matching active sliding door panels.
