Alspec Offset Security Door Roller 25Kg - Black

The Alspec Offset Security Door Roller 25kg (Order Number: 13111904) is a heavy-duty wheel mechanism designed specifically for sliding security and safety screens. It is engineered to support individual sliding security door panel weights up to 25kg and has been cycle-tested to 70,000 cycles at its maximum weight capacity. The roller ships with the inner carriage retracted inside the outer housing, a design that protects the tyre from flat-spotting, scraping, or damage during workshop fabrication and transit. The carriage releases automatically from the housing during final adjustment, simplifying installation. An offset mechanism gives installers flexible adjustment, operating in either a standard centred position or a 1mm offset position for extra frame alignment clearance when required. The roller has been rigorously tested on standard ø3mm tracks and is engineered to fit seamlessly with all Alspec sliding door tracking profiles.
