Alspec Fastfix Commercial Hinge Packer - Clear - Clear (Hware)

The Alspec Fastfix Commercial Hinge Packer is a precision 1mm spacer designed specifically for the Alspec ALH130 Heavy Duty Aluminium Fast Fix Hinge system. It provides installers with a controlled method of adjusting hinge positioning and door clearances during installation. The packer sits beneath the ALH130 hinge's integrated locator flanges, providing additional spacing between the hinge and aluminium profile. This allows installers to compensate for frame tolerances, fine-tune door gaps and assist with accurate door alignment without modifying the aluminium profile. Manufactured in a clear polymer, the packer is designed to remain discreet beneath the hinge body and provides a clean appearance across compatible aluminium door systems. The packer is intended for compatible commercial aluminium door applications using the ALH130 hinge system, including selected Alspec commercial and architectural suites. When used with the appropriate ALH130 hinge configuration, the system can accommodate door weights of up to 100kg across suitable three- or four-hinge arrangements.
