The Alspec ALH130 Heavy Duty Aluminium Fast Fix Hinge (Black, Order No. 1308348) is a high-performance commercial-grade door hinge designed specifically for aluminium storefront applications. It is engineered to support heavy door panels up to 100kg, with doors up to 2100mm high requiring a 3-hinge layout, and extended doors up to 3000mm high requiring a 4-hinge layout. A minimum door thickness of 40mm is required for proper structural integration. The hinge features a face-fix locator flange that speeds up installation, combined with heavy-duty bi-directional fixing for maximum shear resistance under heavy usage. It has been cycle-tested to 75,000 cycles at a full 100kg load, giving confidence in its longevity for high-traffic commercial settings.
