The Ventus SCE300S is a compact 24V DC electric chain winder designed to automate the opening and closing of awning and other suitable window types. With a 300mm chain projection and 250N push/pull force, it provides reliable motorised operation for windows that may be difficult to reach manually, including high-level and out-of-reach windows. The chain winder features a durable 304-grade stainless steel chain and a clear anodised aluminium finish, making it suitable for architectural applications where both functionality and appearance are important. The SCE300S forms part of the Ventus automated hardware system and can be integrated with compatible Ventus power supplies, controllers, wall switches, remote controls and other automation components. Its plug-and-play connection system simplifies installation and system integration. An electronic overload protection system helps protect the actuator from damage if the window encounters an obstruction or excessive load during operation. For wider window applications, multiple chainwinders can be configured with compatible synchronisation hardware to provide coordinated operation.
