The Ventus MR551 8 Channel Controller is a multi-channel control unit designed for integration with Ventus automated window and louvre hardware. Operating on a 24V DC system, it provides centralised control for compatible electric chainwinders and automated window actuators. With support for up to eight channels, the MR551 can be used to control individual automated window motors or configured groups of compatible actuators. This makes it suitable for installations where multiple windows or louvre sections need to be operated from a central controller. The controller incorporates 433.92 MHz wireless communication, allowing compatible Ventus wireless transmitters, including wall pads and remote controls, to communicate with the system without requiring a dedicated wired switch connection for every controlled window.
