GR59 Glazing Channel (4mm Glass) x 100M Roll Black

The GR59 Glazing Channel (4mm Glass) – Black is a continuous glazing channel designed for use with compatible aluminium and framed window and door systems. It is intended to accommodate 4mm glass, providing a cushioning and sealing interface between the glass and surrounding frame. The flexible channel helps reduce direct contact between the glass edge and the framing material while assisting with glass retention within the compatible profile. Its sealing function can also help minimise the entry of air, dust and moisture around the glazing assembly. Supplied in a 100-metre continuous roll, the GR59 is suitable for larger installation projects, glazing replacements, window repairs and fabrication work. The roll can be cut to the required length during installation, helping reduce material waste and simplify onsite fitting. The product information supplied describes the material as flexible PVC / EPDM-style polymer. As the exact material composition for the specific GR59 product has not been independently confirmed, it is best treated as a flexible glazing channel rather than assigning a specific polymer grade. The black finish provides a clean, professional appearance and is particularly suitable for compatible black or dark-coloured framing systems.
