The dormakaba SB2312 Kit 6A Single Cylinder Lock Kit is engineered for commercial and architectural hinged door applications where a narrow-stile mortice locking solution is required. The 30mm backset configuration is suitable for hollow aluminium extrusions with a minimum internal depth of 44mm. The Kit 6A configuration provides single-cylinder operation, with the external side prepared to accept a compatible cylinder while providing standard internal egress functionality. The lock is supplied without a cylinder (NC), allowing the required keying configuration to be selected separately. The lock chassis incorporates a robust zinc alloy construction, while the main latchbolt and auxiliary deadlatch use sintered stainless steel components for durability. Its non-handed design and adjustable locking bar provide installation flexibility for different door handing and lock functions. Finished in Satin Stainless Steel, the kit is suitable for commercial entrances, narrow-stile aluminium doors and access-controlled applications.
