The dormakaba SB2312 Entrance Lock Kit provides a robust and versatile locking solution for commercial and architectural hinged doors with narrow aluminium or timber profiles. The 30mm backset is designed for hollow aluminium extrusions with a minimum internal depth of 44mm. The entrance lock configuration allows the external key to retract the latch, while the internal lever provides convenient free egress. The lock is supplied without a cylinder (NC), allowing installers to select a compatible dormakaba 130-type oval cylinder to suit the required keying system. Its non-handed chassis accommodates both left-hand and right-hand inswing or outswing applications. The auxiliary deadlatch automatically engages when the door closes, helping prevent shimming and forced latch manipulation. Finished in Satin Stainless Steel, the kit includes matching architectural furniture and strike components and is compatible with most standard commercial electric strikes.
