The dormakaba SB2312 Double Cylinder Lock Kit 30mm B/Set 70 Lever NC SSS V2 is a commercial-grade narrow-stile mortice lockset designed for hinged aluminium and timber doors. Its 30mm short backset makes it suitable for narrow-profile door applications where space within the door extrusion is limited. The lock features a non-handed chassis that can be configured for left- or right-hand doors, including inswing and outswing applications. Its site-flexible locking bar allows the lock function to be adjusted during installation to suit the required configuration. For enhanced security, the lock incorporates an auxiliary deadlatch that automatically engages when the door closes. The 15mm main latchbolt and 8mm auxiliary deadlatch provide reliable mechanical engagement and help prevent the main latch from being manipulated when the door is closed. The kit features 70 Series commercial narrow-plate lever furniture and a Satin Stainless Steel finish, with 304-grade stainless steel used for the faceplate and strike. It is supplied without cylinders and is prepared to accept compatible dormakaba 130-type oval cylinders. The lock is also compatible with most standard commercial electric strikes, making it suitable for shopfronts and other commercial entrances requiring electronic access control integration.
